Five Easy Steps to Schedule Your Recording Session
These important steps serve to streamline the recording process and (hopefully) eliminate any confusion.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Step One: Download the latest Recording Brochure
Schools and competitions no longer require physical CDs or DVDs. Instead, all files are uploaded to my Dropbox with a personal link to access your project files. Recordings can be accessed using this link for 6 months after the recording session. Please download both brochures for all options BPC Recording provides. Please anticipate all the upcoming application requirements for your project.
For example, while a college audition may require only an audio file in November, a competition in February requires a video. It may be advantageous to schedule a single video session and use the extracted audio track of your performance. Therefore, all your recording needs are accomplished in a single session.
Step Two: Select a Recording Package
Our goal is to make everyone sound their very best at a reasonable cost.
Students and Teachers receive a substantial discounted price structure.
Step Three: Contact Us to Set Up A Recording Date and Time
PLEASE NOTE: Our recording schedule fills up quickly during certain times of the year. Availability is primarily schedule on weekends and some weekdays. Expect a MINIMUM of a two-week turn around for ANY recording project.
It is not possible to leave with a completed project the same day of the recording session.
Please refer to the Q & A section for further information or contact us for specific questions regarding your project.
Step Four: Complete the BPC Recording Agreement to Secure the the Session DATE & TIME with a Deposit
a) Complete and submit the BPC Recording Agreement online.
b) The Agreement must be received two weeks prior to your scheduled recording session in addition to the 50% non-refundable deposit (ZellePay is preferred via our bpcrecording@outlook.com email address). The balance is due at the conclusion of the recording session via Zelle, cash or a check made out to Dr. Steven Hall.
c) Failure to meet these requirements may result in your recording fee being forfeited, the release of your scheduled date/time, or all recording project fees default to the per-hour recording rate.
Step Five: Confirmation
Once we receive your completed recording agreement and deposit you will receive an official confirmation of the recording session date and time. We look forward to working with you at your scheduled session time.
Additional information about the recording process can be found in the Q & A section. To have a better sense of what to expect during your project, you may find it helpful to go through this section prior to the recording session. If you need further details on topics not covered in this section, please Contact Us. Someone will respond as soon as possible.
Thank you for your interest. We look forward to working with you very soon on your special project.
